Styron Names Feenan EVP and CFO

Berwyn, PA - January 05, 2012

Styron, the leading global materials company established in June 2010, today announced the appointment of John A. Feenan as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Styron effective January 16, 2012. He will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Feenan joins Styron from JMC Steel Company, where he has served as Senior VP and CFO since 2007. From 2003 to 2007, he was Senior VP and CFO of HB Fuller, a global specialty chemical company. From 2001 to 2003, he served as senior VP and CFO of Jostens Inc., a $1 billion consumer products firm.

Feenan holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from St. Anselm College.

Feenan will be located at Styron’s global operating center in Berwyn, PA.

Styron previously announced plans to change its company name to Trinseo, which will be fully effective in all countries in 2012; the company will continue to do business as Styron until that time.
