Senior Vice President and Business President of Emulsion Polymers

Marco Levi is Senior Vice President and Business President of Emulsion Polymers for Styron, with responsibility for the global leadership, long term strategy, profit and loss, asset management, investments, technology development priorities and resource deployment for latex and synthetic rubber.

Prior to joining Styron, he served as General Manager for the Paper & Carpet Latex and Synthetic Rubber businesses for The Dow Chemical Company.

During his 21 years experience with Dow Chemical, Levi served in a variety of business leadership, marketing management and sales roles.

He joined Dow in Milan, Italy in 1988 as sales representative for Epoxy & Intermediates. He moved to Taegerwilen, Switzerland in 1994 as a marketing manager for Automotive. In 1997, Levi was named sales director for Polyurethanes in Horgen, Switzerland and then moved to Michigan, United States in 2000 where he assumed the role of business director for Polyurethanes. In 2004, he returned to Horgen as sales director for Thermosets. Later, he was named business director for Dow Elastomers. In this role, he was responsible for the Elastomers, Plastic Additives, Specialty Packaging and Films and Synthetic Rubber businesses.

Levi received a bachelor's degree in industrial chemistry from the Università degli Studi in Milan, Italy, in 1984. He is based in Horgen, Switzerland.
